Greetings, Abarth faithful! Yes, it's been a while since I posted. No, my dedication to Abarth has not wavered. You see, while my blog languished, Bob-Boyd FIAT was busy setting records and getting dozens of FIAT 500s on the roads of Columbus.
Dates have been set, and it appears we will know all we need to know will be revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show. My only regret is that I will not be in attendance.
I was, however, in attendance for some phenomenal FIAT training in Atlanta this past week. Much was focused on the current models, but what mention there was of Abarth was exciting. They have promised us beefier brakes, more power (imagine that!?), and "more athletic legs" according to our great trainers.
But what I took away from it was not neccessarily what the Abarth will bring, but who is bringing it. Everyone involved in the training, from the people presenting to the heads of Chrysler Academy and FIAT brand & marketing managers is absolutely chomping at the bit to get this amazing car launched.
Believe me, it can't come soon enough.
